Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details, followed by a shipping notification with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Timeframes: Standard shipping typically takes 7–14 business days within the United States. International orders may take 14–28 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when active, apply to qualifying orders only.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order anytime from the Orders page in your account.

Lost or Delayed Packages: If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@burgessdistrict.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and resolve the issue promptly.

Multiple Shipments: Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to items being fulfilled from different suppliers. You will receive a tracking number for each package.

Returns & Refunds

Return Window: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return: Email contact@burgessdistrict.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, beauty, skincare, makeup, and intimate apparel items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
